Bolt of first tightness with detection washer

Mainly insists of bolt, spring detection washer,fixed pole,etc. One end of fixed pole
is fixedly connected to axis hole of screw link, the other end of the pole with a conical
pole cap. When the bolt is tightened, the screw is elongated, the axial displacement of
fixed pole, conical pole cap press to make spring detection washer deformation, and
the peripheral ridges. On the contrary, the deformation disappears. Early reduction or
failure of bolt first tightness can be detected by visual observation or touch.

Mainly insists of bolt, rings measuring pointer, fixed pole,etc.When the bolt
is tightened, a pointer points to a certain scale,when first tightness decreases or
disappears, measured rings automatically rotate leading the ring pointer point to
another scale.Early reduction or failure of bolt first tightness can be detected by visual
observation to pointer scale values.
