Serious like health, safety, work-life balance and CSR
Fun like sports, cultural and literary based activities
Internal Communications customised online activities, newsletters
and SMSes to your employees

What can we do for you?
Program manage the complete employee engagement effort

Work on every part of the execution, including:
Brainstorm with you
Draw up a plan
Create communication and collateral for the plan (we work with your
design firm/ MarComm on this)
Execute the plan to cost and schedule
Manage the internal and external stakeholders (e.g. facilities, other
partners)
Collate the feedback and data about the execution
Send weekly status reports

Sample model of engagement
Create an overall brand with a core committee (CC) supporting it. CC has
people from HR, facilities and business

Create 5 primary clubs under which we deploy activities

We suggest Sports, Fun, Health, Cultural and Womens Club

Each club to have 1 or 2 club reps who will be assisted by an extended team of
volunteers

At least 1 activity will be deployed for each of the clubs every quarter

Apart from the above activities, one high decibel activity will be deployed
every quarter (E.g.. Innovation Day, Kids at Work Day, Women's Day &
Family Day)

Stall Games:

- Stalls are a fun way to
engage employees through
the course of the day.
- Games played within an
8ft x 8ft structure, setup in
the cafeteria.
Nerves of Steel
Steady hands are the key to winning this game.
Participants have to traverse the length of the wire,
making a loop without touching the wire.
Darts
An electronic dart game, complete with incorporating
tabulation of scores and recording number of
participants playing.
Ring a prize
Players to throw a ring around goodies laid out on a
table. The good old mela game.

1 Make it mad Members on the floor are divided into
small teams, and each given a material
kit. In limited time the team is
expected to create an object of their
choice using only the given material,
and present it to the audience.

2 Juggle Every member of each team gets a ball.
The team has to form a stable
configuration so that they are able to
pass the balls to each other without
dropping them.
The team that manages the highest
number of passes without dropping a
single ball wins.

1 Get in line Teams are given cards of different suits. They have to arrange
themselves in ascending order of the suits. People are not
allowed to talk, so they have to manage this only by hand
signals. The team that manages to do this in the least amount
of time, with zero errors, wins.

2 Bull ring Every team is given a ring to which ends of rope are tied. Each
member of the team has to hold an end of a rope and transport
a ball which will be placed on the ring from Point A to Point B.
30 minutes
3 Make a
machine
The objective of the game is to make a working machine using
only the members of the team. All teams are given ten minutes
to prepare. The teams exhibit their machines one by one, and
the rest of the teams are asked to guess which machine it is.
The best machine (picked by judges) wins!

Your own completely customized online housie or Tambola. Engage your employees
over a longer duration with an online housie where each number called has a bit of
trivia (related to your brand or company). Tickets will be created based on the number
of customers and the duration of engagement. A static website is used to announce the
numbers, display the numbers with the trivia, collect claims and declare winners. Tie in
attractive prizes, and you have a month-long, unique and fun engagement platform.

How to play:

The numbers are called out randomly
If you have the number that is called in your ticket please mark it
With each number called there is some interesting trivia (about your company)
associated with it.
The winners are announced through the website .
