    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:




    I, MUSTAPHA A. LOMONDOT, married, of legal age, with residence and postal

    East Rosario Heights, Tubod, Iligan City, do hereby name, constitute, and
    appoint MY DAUGHTER, LANA-AQUIAH LOMONDOT-UMPA, and HER
    HUSBAND, ALI ALRASID D. UMPA, both of legal age, Filipino and both living with
    me, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and
    perform the following acts or things, in connection with the MANAGEMENT OF MAL
    RICE AND CORN MILLING, having its registered location at Purok Lakambini,
    Lomondot Compound, Bara-as, Tubod, Iligan City, to wit:

    1) To manage the said business establishment, that renders milling services, efficiently and
    faithfully and in a manner conducive to the interest of the company.

    2) To accept payments from millers for the milling services rendered by the establishment to
    the former and to issue and sign receipts;

    3) To pay bills, taxes and other charges that the establishment must necessarily settle which
    include but not limited to monthly electricity bill, annual renewal of business permit,
    payment of income tax returns and the like;

    4) To pay the monthly salaries and other emoluments of the employees in the said
    establishment and to initiate and maintain proper control on and discipline of the staff
    employed in the said establishment;

    5) And generally, to do all acts and things incidental to the powers hereinbefore mentioned
    and all other acts and things necessary for carrying on the business of the establishment.


    HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power
    and authority to do and perform any and all other acts and things necessary or proper to be
    done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
    lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
    attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done in my behalf by virtue of these
    presents.
