Pre%wash all fabric. All seam allowances are 6 inch unless otherwise stated.

*te 4 @ 5use 5leece to wrongs sides of all fabrics with dam ress cloth between fleece and fabric. >ote fusing layout for these s ecific ieces: Pockets should ha$e fusible fleece aligned with lower half of rectangle +so that to half can be folded o$er fleece side after fused2.
5leece circle should be centered on fabric circle to allow a 6 inch fabric allowance all the way around.
5leece for small rectangles +stra rings2 should allow a 6 inch fabric allowance at to and bottom. These allowances will make it easier to sew through the bulk of the layers later. *te ? @ 5old to +unfused2 hal$es of large ocket iece o$er the fleece sides and ress fold. Ancase folded side with the double fold bias ta e and stitch together. 3e eat ste with both small ocket ieces.
*te 9 @ Pin one small ocket iece to the front of the large ocket iece +both ieces with right side facing u and bottom edges lined u 2. *tarting 6 inch inward from right side! use marking en and ruler to draw a $ertical line e$ery ' 6 inches! from bias ta e to bottom! for ocket seams.
3e eat this ste with remaining small ocket iece and lining fabric rectangle. *titch ocket seams.
*te 0 @ Take newly sewn outer ocket layers and in o$er the outer fabric rectangle +both ieces with right side facing u and bottom edges lined u 2. *tarting 6 inch inward from right side! use marking en and ruler to draw a $ertical line! from bias ta e to bottom! e$ery 44 inches for ocket seams. *titch ocket seams. *et aside.
*te ' @ To make stra ieces! take each shoulder stra iece and fold lengthwise with right sides facing inward and stitch along length and one short side with a 4() inch seam allowance. Turn right side out and to stitch around all sides.
3e eat this ste with stra ring ieces. 5old each stra ring in half and lace two D rings through the folded end. Baste raw edges together. *et aside.
*te 1 @ Take outer fabric rectangle and fold width wise! with right sides facing. *titch together along width. 3e eat with lining fabric.
*te B @ 5old outer fabric stri in half! width wise! with right sides facing. *ew short ends together! lea$ing a 4 inch ga +this will be the casing o ening2. Press seam o en and to stitch on either side of o ening as shown in hoto.
*te ) @ Take outer fabric of bag and turn right side out. Cine u the outer fabric stri iece with the to of the bag so that right sides are facing and raw edges are lined u . The casing o ening of the stri should be at the front center of the bag. Take raw edges of shoulder stra s and sandwich on either side of back seam of bag +each being 4 inch from seam2. Pin all the way around! then sew edges together. Trim seam allowance and fli stri ortion u ward.
*te / @ Place raw edges stra rings o$er bottom edge of the back of the bag. Align each stra to be 9 inches from back seam. Baste layers together.
*te 4: @ Pin circular outer iece to bottom of outer bag! with right sides facing each other and then stitch. Trim seam allowance and cli around entire circle. 3e eat with lining fabric! but lea$e a 9 inch o ening for turning.
*te 44 @ Turn lining bag right side out and insert into outer bag! so right sides of both bags are facing and back seams are aligned. Pin around raw to edge and then stitch together. Trim seam allowance and then turn bag right side out by ulling through o ening in bottom of lining. *li stitch o ening closed by hand.
*te 4? @ *mooth lining into outer bag. To create the drawstring casing! stitch all the way around the bag! 4 inch below the to edge. Attach a safety in to the shoelace(cording and insert into casing o ening and snake all the way around inside. Attach cord sto though both ends of cord. Attach shoulder stra s through D rings! ad"usting length as needed.
