Grand 1016
Rust Remover Grand 1016 is a special advance formulation which is highly active in rust removing and surface renovator that prepares metal surfaces for refinishing. Area To Use :GRAND 1016 is used to renovate metal equipment, machinery, valves, pipes, cooling tower, tank, metal sheet etc. GRAND 1016 can be used in marine automotive and food processing industries or anywhere, where the corroded surface must be refinished or the effects of corrosion damaged must be repair. Direction To Use :Method of BRUSH-ON, or DIP TANK METHOD is recommended. For light coating of rust GRAND 1016 can be diluted up to 1:3. Brush on rusty surface, rinse with water, before surface can be recoated with paint or other finishing. For heavy rusted surfaces, use GANND 1016 as it is. Repeated brushings may be required for satisfying result. Dip tank application requires a plastic container. GRAND 1016 can be diluted with three parts of water. Dip all rusty metal into container containing GRAND 1016 with a basket. Leave it for several minutes. Remove metal parts from container and rinse clean with water before painting or recoating can be applied. Eye Contact : Skin : Ingestion: Inhalation: Flush with cool water for at least 15 minutes. Then consult a physician immediately. Wash with large amounts of soap and water. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Do not induce vomiting. Dilute by drinking water. Call a physician immediately. Move to area of fresh air. If breathing has stopped, artificial respiration should be started; oxygen may be administered if available. Call a physician. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Treatment should be directed at preventing absorption, administering to symptoms (if they occurred), and providing supportive therapy.

Evacuation: Containment: Collection And Disposal: No special procedures are usually necessary. Safely stop discharge. Contain material, as necessary, with dike or barrier. Stop material from contaminating soil or from entering sewers or bodies of water. Stop discharge, if safe to do so. Use proper protective equipment. Cover spills with absorbent clay, sawdust to inert material and place in closed chemical waste containers. Dispose according to applicable local, state and federal regulations.

This product is a corrosive liquid. Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated area at room temperature. Close the cap at all time to prevent comtaimination, Keep away from children. No special precautions are needed. Follow good manufacturing and handling practices. Wash thoroughly with water after handling, especially before eating and drinking. Launder contaminated clothing before re-use. Do not re-use empty container for food, clothing or products of human or animal consumption or where skin contact can occur.

Environmental Fate and Distribution: Persistence and Degradation: Toxicity: It is soluble in water and does not bio-accumulate. Product degrades readily by action of carbon dioxide in the air as well as decomposition by microorganism. Concentrations with a pH value of 1 or lower especially in fresh water may be fatal to fish and other aquatic organism. Can cause damage to aquatic plants and vegetation.

Disposal: Dispose off in an approved waste facility according to local regulations.
