- Start with the present and tell why you are well qualified for the position.
- Ex: I sometimes push my people too hard. I like to work with a sense of urgency and everyone is not always on the same wavelength.
- If you know the employers greatest needs and desires, this question will give you a big leg up over other candidates.
- Walk through each of positions requirements & follow each with a reason why you meet the requirement so well.
- It tests whether youve done any homework about the firm. - Use the best sources for researching your target company.
- Give an answer thats suited to both your personality and the management style of the firm. - Ex: Im an even-tempered and positive person. People who dont pull their own weight, who are negative , who lie etc.., will make me to get anger a little bit.
