On September 23, when you inspects the damage did to my front porch when you

install the new wrought iron railing’s, you telled me that you would have a Brick Mason

call me about making the necessary repairs.

Since your inspection, no-one has called me about the repairs; and the cracks

where each of the eight support posts are attached to the porch have widened. As I

explain during you’re inspection, I definitely want these cracks repaired before the weather

got colder. If water entered these cracks and freezes and expands during the Winter, the

damage to my porch will increase significantly.

So that I may decides what actions I need to take to have these repair’s complete

promptly in order to avoid further damage to my porch, please call myself at 555-3764 by

October 30.
