The Physical Journey – Camp Fire Process
Read slowly and carefully. Whenever you see ‘…’ pause and give your
partner sufficient time to fully experience and answer your questions.
Imagine a camp fire … you can set it up right here inside the organ or tissue
… The nature of this camp fire is eternal silence, unconditional love. You
and your mentor are present at this fire … Now bring to the fire the specific
people who are involved with your issue … Do any other people need to be
at this camp fire? … (let answer).
Can you see the campfire? … Can you see the younger you? … The present
you? … The mentor? … Who else is there? …(let answer, and write down
all the names so you can refer to them specifically).
Of the people involved with your issue, to which ONE or TWO would you
like to speak? … in the knowledge that anyone else there will hear what
needs to be heard … To whom would you like to speak first? … (let
answer).
Go through ALL questions (1 to 11) for EACH person to be spoken to.
1. Everyone is now sitting in the protective presence of this fire of
unconditional love and acceptance. The younger you may have

experienced a great deal of pain in the past. Let the younger you
speak now from that previous pain, saying what needs to be said, and
let ___________ (mother, father, loved one etc.) hear what needs to be
heard … (long pause).

2. Knowing that ____________ (mother, father, loved one etc.) was
probably doing the best he/she could with the resources he/she had at
the time, let him/her reply … (long pause).
3. What does the younger you have to reply? … (let answer).
4. If ____________ (mother, father, loved one etc.) was to reply, not
from the level of the personality, but from the level of the soul, what
might he/she say? … (let answer).
5. Does the younger you have anything to reply to that? … (let answer).
6. Does the mentor have anything to add? … (let answer).
7. What does the present you have to say to ____________ (mother,
father, loved one etc.)? … (let answer).

8. What would ____________ (mother, father, loved one etc.) reply from
the level of the soul? … (let answer).

9. Does anyone have anything more to add? … (continue until empty).
10. When the younger you is ready ask: ‘Even though his/her previous
behaviour may not have been acceptable by any standards – even if

you don’t condone his/her behaviour, are you willing to completely
and utterly forgive him/her from the bottom of your heart?’ … (let
answer). Now go ahead and forgive him/her … (let forgive).
11. When the present you is ready ask: ‘Even though his/her previous
behaviour may not have been acceptable by any standards – even if

you don’t condone his/her behaviour, are you willing to completely
and utterly forgive him/her from the bottom of your heart?’ … (let
answer). Now go ahead and forgive him/her … (let forgive).
If two people are to be spoken to – repeat the process of questions 1 to 11

for the second person to be addressed, so that all is said and heard. When
this is completed, continue by saying the following:

Say: Go ahead and forgive them all, sending them blessings. Allow them to
merge into the fire which is the source of all life … Then turn to the younger
you and say: ‘I forgive you for any previous pain which was caused – you
just didn’t have access to the resources that I do now, and now you can have
access to them any time you like. I promise you will never have to
experience this again, because I love you and will always protect you.’ …
Then, hugging the younger you, let yourself merge, allowing the younger
you to grow up with this forgiveness and these resources inside.
Now, let the camp fire disappear … Only you and your mentor are left …
take out your high-beam torches and shine them all around … What do you
see? ,,, How are things changing? … (let answer) … Great … Is there any
final communication the organ or tissue itself wants to make? … (give time)
…
Knowing that it will continue to heal perfectly automatically of its own

accord and that the part of you responsible for making your heart beat and
your eyes shine and your cells replicate will continue the healing process
perfectly without you even thinking about it – the way it does all the time,
quite naturally while you are sleeping … you and your mentor can leave
with grateful hearts.
