Post-Game Quotes

Happy with the way your guys tried to battle back after the 3-run homer? Yeah. We stayed in the game the whole way and just so the way we talked about with Gibby the big inning, we ended up getting him again. I think we failed to turn a double play, but also when you miss a play like that you need to pick each other up and he ended up giving out a couple of home runs. He didnt command the zone great today, but like I said if we turn a double play its a totally different ball game. They made a great on us and brought a homer back too, so they played some really good defense out there on us and kinda turned the tables. A good series, unfortunately we couldnt hold it today and we didnt come all the way back at the end. Well go home with a decent road trip and hopefully get to playing well at home. How much can a catch like Chavez made change the game? That keeps the game at two; it could have been five. He made a great play on two of them out there, thats a big three points at the time. Big play, big play by him, and another nice swing by Colabello, unfortunately he made a play. Gibson is going 2-0 on batters and not giving himself a chance His pitch count went up high90+ pitches in five innings. Hes just got to locate the ball betterIts all about locating, hes just not locating well enough right now. His ball was moving; he had a nice sinker, had a nice little slider, couple of decent changeups. More than anything else, location, and when he missed they made him pay.
