CIYA-RTK is implementing the integrated community development approach addressing the total human development of its members and indigenous communities. CIYA-RTK is implementing programs and projects and income generating projects related to securing livelihood, access to health, quality education, strong advocacy, gender and sustainable environment. CIYA-RTK have a new structure that enhance internal consolidation, expansion work, decision-making processes, communication, program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. CIYA-RTK have an office and training center as headquarters, central communication, training venue with transport service.
CIYA-RTK is registered as provincial indigenous youth organization to the local Ministry of Interior. CIYA-RTK is working in 4 districts of Ratanakiri province with 200 members and 100 alumni belonging to 5 different minority groups.

CIYA-RTK have a sponsorship program that supports or subsidize 15 qualified and deserving members for their further education in vocational and tertiary level.
CIYA-RTK have access to mainstream media and established cultural performing arm that promotes and protect indigenous expressions and culture.
CIYA-RTK have a functional research and documentation unit, training bureau and administrative and Finance Unit.
OURVision
CIYA-RTK will be known as an organized, prosperous and self-sustaining indigenous youth association in the province that can protect indigenous rights, culture and its natural resources.
CIYA-Ratanakiri is a chapter organization of the prominent national federation of indigenous youths based in the City of Phnom Penh called, the Cambodia Indigenous Youth Association.

Consolidate and develop indigenous youths in the province into an alliance or network.
STRENGTHS
Have 5 active leader-representatives and 103 members belonging to 4 different minority groups in 3 districts. 70% of members are active and committed in participating on the various programs and activities of the organization. There is no discrimination and members are helping one another. There are various local and international NGOs working and collaborating with the organization and supports. Conduct regular organizational meetings, assessment and planning. There are continuous team building processes and solidarity activities. Members regularly give some dues for organizational needs and small operations.
Strengthen solidarity of indigenous youths through capacity-building and linkages, facilitating or assisting indigenous youths and communities in securing their land rights and protection of natural resources through quality education, developing livelihood activities, improving health access and care for indigenous identities, culture and expressions.
CIYA-RTK was established in November 2009. Its members are indigenous youths belonging to ethnic minority groups of Jarai, Tampoun, Kreung and Prov located in Ochum, Borkeo and Oyadao disctricts of Ratanakiri province.
