    Introduction :-BVIL Surveyor had Visited M/s IOT AEC For the Inspection of Structural Items as per P.O.,Drg & QAP Requirements and Attendees Were :1. Mr Jiten Sheth of M/s IOT Anwesha Savli , Baroda 2. Mr. Anant Pathak of BVIL, Baroda. BV Scope of work : As per QAP approved by M/s Lanco. Applicable Documents & Status of Approval :As per PO issued by Lanco ,Drawings as per Attached Annexure & ITP approved by M/s Lanco. Manufacturing Progress Status :- Not In Scope of BV Hence Excluded. Details of inspection activities carried out with respect to scope of work. 1. Random Witnessed of raw material identification carried out with respect to Raw material test certificates- Found in order. 2. Reviewed of Raw Material Test Certificate (Random) - : Found in order. 3. Review of WPS /PQR/WPQ, - Found in order. 4.
