The key takeaways from the document are the different welding techniques discussed (stacking connection, T-joint connection, and brazing) as well as the required safety equipment and measures when welding.

The main types of welding discussed are stacking connection, T-joint connection, and brazing. Stacking connection involves welding plates on top of each other. T-joint connection involves welding two plates at a 90 degree angle. Brazing involves heating two plates and applying a brazing rod.

Safety equipment required for welding includes safety glasses, gloves, safety clothing, and safety boots. Safety measures include not welding flammable materials, working in a well-ventilated area, having a fire extinguisher nearby, and checking for gas leaks when changing connections.

INTRODUCTION
Welding is a metal joining process. Two types of metal connectivity means connected between each other. Connectivity can occur by melting or melt the two metals to be joined. Welding process by melting the metal known as molten weld while welding without melting the metal known as welding does not melt. Arc welding is a type of molten welding.

1. Prepare a mild steel plate measuring 100m x 50mm x 1.5mm. 2. Set up equipment oxy-acetylene welding. 3. Place two steel plates were cleared on the table, making as an extension. Then, put the other one on the second - two metals placed earlier. Determine the location of the above metals located in the same half of the second part - two metal underneath. 4. Make nails welded on both ends - two metal top and bottom. 5. Perform welding as fillet weld connection

THEORY CONTINUED KEMBI TEE (T-Weld)

1. Prepare two mild steel plates measuring 50mm x 100mm x 1.5mm 2. provide equipment oxy - acetylene 3. Put a steel plate on the table and set the length of the other metals that lie at an angle of 90 above the metal. 4. By using angle L, check the accuracy of its corners. 5. By using the clamp, make nails welded at both ends of the base metal 6. Remove the fans and start welding at an angle of 60 blowgun tip leads to metal connection on the horizontal situation. 7. Note that both the base metal should be diluted at a time it andoh welded together to get that new in metal've applied enhancer. 8. During the welding process, avoid eating solid from below. To avoid this, always specify the additive metal weld andoh above. 9. Move the welding blowpipe in a circle or round and move it from the right to the left.

GAS WELDING SAFETY MEASURES

Do not turn on the gas welding gas cylinder. Do not make welding on flammable material. Do not weld containers - container of burning material. Do not weld in a confined space without breathing apparatus. Do not hold the welding material is still hot. Do not point the flame on oxygen and acetylene hose Make sure the connection on every gas welding equipment connected tightly and properly. Do not use matches to light a fire blowgun Must wear protective clothing such as goggles, gloves, safety boot and safety clothing.

SECURITY MEASURES IN WORKSHOP

Materials must be used in the workshop allowed for lecturers. Do not bring any equipment from the workshop. Do not test any without the exodus of lecturers If you get something in your mouth, remove it immediately. Then rinse with water. Acid or alkaline contact with skin or clothing should be washed immediately with plenty of water. Any cuts, burns or other accidents must be reported to the lecturer. Students are not allowed in the workshop without the presence of a lecturer. Negligence would result in a serious accident.

WORKSHOP SAFETY FOR STUDENTS

Workshop on restricted areas, students can not enter without permission from the lecturer. workshop equipment can not be carried out without permission from the lecturer. workshop equipment used must be returned to the place of origin. All workshop equipment can only be used for guidance and direction of the lecturer. Senua apparatus should be cleaned before and after use. The experiment can not be done without the knowledge of the lecturers. Any damage, broken or accidents must be reported immediately to the lecturers or staff who are workshop. Do not play around with all the tools and equipment in the workshop. Workshops should be neat and clean after each use. Any waste in solid form can not be thrown into the sink but must be disposed of in the bins provided. Food and drinks are not allowed into the workshop or room setup.

OVERWRITTEN CONTINUED WORKING PROCEDURE (Butt Weld) 1. Clean the second - two pieces of mild steel plate measuring 50mm x 100mm x 1.5mm quoting with a wire brush. 2. Open the valve of oxygen and acetylene. 3. Adjust flame oxy - acetylene until the flame gets nyalaanyang appropriate middle. 4. Plates stacked on the table in overlap with the position of metal placed in the same half of the top two metal underneath 5. Perform weld nails on both ends of the metal plate. 6. Perform gas welding to melt the two metal plates up to be a strong connection. 7. Clean the metal plate after completion of the welding process overwrites connection using a wire brush.

WORKING PROCEDURES CONTINUED KEMBI TEE (Fillet Weld) 1. Clean the two pieces of mild steel plate berukuran50mm x 100mm x 1.5mm with wire brush. 2. Open the valve of oxygen and acetylene. 3. Adjust flame oxy - acetylene flame to get right the middle flame. 4. Put a steel plate on the table and set the length of the other metals that lie at an angle of 90 above the metal. 5. Perform weld nails on both ends of the metal plate. 6. Perform welding kembi T connection at 60 lead angle blowpipe into the metal end connections on the horizontal situation. 7. The two metal plates to be diluted at the same time to get andoh welding, then applied to the rod enhancer. 8. Move the blowpipe flame should be uniform to get good moldings.

WORKING PROCEDURES BRAZING (Brazing Weld)

1. Clean the two pieces of mild steel plate measuring 50mm x 100mm x 1.5mm with wire brush. 2. Open the valve of oxygen and acetylene hoses. 3. Adjust flame oxy - acetylene flame to get right the middle flame. 4. Put the two steel plates were cleared on the table with the position of the metal on another metal. Position above the metal is at half the SAME on both - two metal underneath.

5. Perform weld established for each end of the nail plate. 6. Perform brazing process by heating the two pieces of metal plate until red. Once you've applied red brazing rod that has been coated with a flux of metals. 7. Brass liquid must not produced seeds.

HOW TO TURN BLOWPIPE FLAME

1. Keep blowpipe tightened properly. 2. Wear proper clothing workshop. 3. Determine the blowpipe valves closed. Then adjust the tool to get the right gas pressure. 4. Open the acetylene valve round and light by using a lighter. 5. Once the fire is lit with acetylene valve entirely open. 6. Then open the oxygen valve slowly - slowly so as to obtain a neutral flame. 7. By the end of the blowpipe in a fire lit adjust to a neutral flame and press the lever fountain oxygen several times to adjust the flame. 8. To extinguish the flame, release lever cap acetylene valve first, followed by oxygen valve.

DISCUSSION
1. During the process of welding, explosive flame goes out and the response often occurs. 2. Angle when welding blowpipe flame uneven. 3. The speed of the unstable and uneven hand. 4. Rapid fire blowgun nozzle clogging. 5. Metals do not really hot.
