do we need to study OSCM at MM FEUI Program?

purpose of the transformation process? Explain!! 3. What are the differences between a service and a good? Find an example of a manufacturing and service company and compare them. 4. What is servitization strategy? Why does a company implement this strategy? Explain and give some examples! 5. What is efficiency? Effectiveness? and Values?
