Currently working with Arora Advocates from May, 2010, as an Associate at Bhopal.
The primary areas of work include the following:
Appearing before Civil and Criminal Courts, Railway Tribunal and Consumer Forum and Commission on behalf of parties Extensively dealing in SARFAESI Act, 2002, Recovery of Debts Due to Bank & Financial Institutions Act, 1993 and Negotiable Instrument Act. Drafting of Plaints, Written Statements, Interlocutory Applications in Civil Suits Drafting of Statement of Claim in Arbitration. Drafting of Applications before the Company Law Board Drafting of Applications before the Debts Recovery Tribunal Drafting of various Legal Notices, opinion on various issues of law, terms of settlements, etc. Proficient in drafting and vetting various documentation, debt recovery, legal documents including deeds and agreements, due diligence, legal opinions and other matters.

Attending all courts, forums, tribunals, and statutory bodies and making representations on behalf of Company and giving evidences.
Managing Advocate's, having regular reviews & ensuring desired resulted are obtained. Maintaining the Legal MIS and updating the same with exact feedback. Representing the organization before the Judicial / quasi Judicial and Law Enforcement Agencies. Getting the legal notice replied within the time frame. Handle the entire gamut of Legal functions of the organization. Coordinate with external legal counsels/ attorneys. Drafting and Vetting legal contracts, Commercial agreements and documents & advice. Ensuring compliance with regards to the Companies Act, Trade Mark Act and procedures. Documentation relating to Due Diligence of land, verification of title, negotiating and Registration of Agreements. Having Knowledge of Regulatory Law, Corporate law, strategic law, Regulatory matter, service matter, Litigation, Settlements, Consumer matters, legal strategy, drafting, processing & Regulations, Licenses, petitions. Safeguard the interests of the company in legal issues Scrutinizing the legal compliance of various deals.
