:: INSTRUCTIONS ::
 Go to File, Save as, so that all the textures will be in a folder you know.
 In Object manager there is the Floor Object that you just created (in Orange). Right click on the Floor Object and select VrayBridge Tags, then select VrayCompositing tag.
 Click on the VrayCompositing tag, it opens the VrayCompositing settings panel, below.
 Now click on the Matte Properties tab, tick the Matte surface box, and then tick the Shadows and Affect alpha boxes.
 Now click the Comp Properties tab, then un-tick both the Show in reflections box and the Show in refractions box.
 Now, go to the Render Settings, along the top menu bar select Render, Edit Render Settings
 In VrayBridge render settings, click on the Antialiasing tab and tick the box next to Filter on. Now click on the drop down menu next to Filter and select Mitchell-Netravali, then tick the box Use DMC sampler threshold.
 Now click the DMC Sampler tab and change the value to 0.005 for the Noise threshold.
 Now click the Indirect illumination (GI) tab, then tick the GI on box.
 Now click on the drop down menu, next to Gi Presets and select the 04 IR-LC Medium preset
 Now click the Environment tab, then tick the boxes next to Override GI env., Override Reflection env., Override Refraction env., and in each one of those sections (below) load the HDR image of your choice.
a: As an optional extra you can add a Background plate to your HDR environment, to give it that extra bit of realism.
 Ok, thats the HDR setup done. Now go back to the main Render Settings menu (on the left) and select Output and choose the Output Resolution (Width & Height) that you desire, then that's it for the render settings.
 Move the sphere up a little so the majority of it is above the floor. Next, give it a Chrome material. Now we are going to set-up the Sunlight and we will use the sphere to reflect this and give us the proper position for the right shadows.
 In the Object Manager right click on the Sun Object and add a VrayLight tag.
 Now click on the Sun VrayLight tag, it opens the VrayLight settings panel below.
 Now under the Common tab, set the Intensity to a value of about 30 for now (this can be changed to suit, later). Next change the Shadow radius value to 10 or more, so that the shadow wont be too hard.
 Now you can change the time of day. In the Object Manager click on the Sun Expression tag and the Sun Expression settings panel will open. Select the Tag tab. Enter the correct time or Day, Month Year, etc, to match the sun position, so that the shadows are correct. Play with the Latitude and Longitude to match it perfectly. Add a Vray camera. if you find it useful to make the brightness you want on the render. Check a tutorial on Vray Physical Camera to understand it more.
 Now you just have to render it and match the sun with the HDR. Play with the Shadow radius and the Intensity to your liking, and keep changing the render settings to what you find best. These are just the basics. In render settings, you can change it all and make it really your render. There are numerous ways to use these settings, so play with Cinema 4D and try to find what suits you. Above all you will learn more by playing with it rather than reading a tutorial. This is just to get you started.
