Dajjal
Brother Alti,
I hope you are fine, subhanAllah your mail jumps to spam folder and I found it today, I throughly read the email of the brother Asif Sadiq from Ahmediya Muslim, to answer this Question I think the best option is to seat with them and talk, I try to make some points and attach a file which may helps everyone to know authentic Hadiths about the Dajjal and Messiah(pbuh). Point to be noted: 1. We Muslim have got the Truth Alhamdulilllah and not seeking other truth, we have been given the Quran and the Authentic Sunnah and thus we are not looking or searching from any additional truth, we are proving the others what is Truth comes from our Creator Allah(swt). 2. Regarding the acceptation of Messiah by accepting by the Muslim, it is not accepted by the Muslim but it is given in the Quran to believe in Jesus (pbuh) as Messiah (Quran 3:45), Allah (swt) says that and we Believe in it 3. Regarding the Jews being waiting for the Messiah, yes it given in the Old Testament, but while explaining the things mentioned in the Old Testament, we Muslim need not to agree with all the things and explanation written by people, the Old Testament present today is not the TORAH which was given to Moses (pbuh) but from the evidence shows in the Old Testament and New Testament about the Messiah (pbuh), may be in some angel the Jews failed to recognize the Messiah. 4. Regarding Isa (as) provided the materials to the Jews yes the Quran is very clear (Al Imran 3:46-57), Jesus Christ (pbuh) explains everything to them but they have rejected (Quran 4:153-158) and tried to kill Jesus (pbuh) and Allah(swt) saved Jesus (pbuh) and took him alive to Himself. 5. Regarding what was spoken by Moses (pbuh) in the Bible is considered to be taken literally, while we have to ultimate proof Quran, why we should consider anything else literally or other way. Allah (swt) gives the Quran to Judge between the rights and the wrongs (Quran 2:185) so whatever given in the Quran that matched with the Bible or any other book we agree but other thing we dont. 6. Regarding the prophecy given by Prophet Muhammad (sws) about the Mahdi and Messiah (pbuh) [read the attached file in details about the coming of Messiah]
7. We do not need to consider anything symbolic what ever the Prophet Muhammad(sws) has been given to the world as a Signs for the Last Day is coming to be Truth and the rest which is not yet happened, inshahAllah by the Will of Allah(swt) will happen sooner or later, every letters and words will be fulfilled and we give examples to those facts which have been fulfilled and which are fulfilling now so we have no doubt like the Ahmediya to consider the word of Prophet Muhammad (sws) as assumption, we believe what the Prophet Muhammad (sws) was telling is from Allah (swt) (Quran 53:3-5). 8. With due respect to the brother from Ahmediya it is not we are falling into the faults by repeating the history but it is the Ahmediya who are wrong and being foolish themselves by believing something else than what Allah (swt) and His Messenger Prophet Muhammad(sws) gives. 9. Regarding the quotation of Surah Fatiha, yes we agree with everything and thus it applies to the Ahmediya who choose another prophet after prophet Muhammad(sws) and wrong themselves.
10. Regarding the founder of Ahmediya so and so, its very easy to refute all the allegations and proof by giving a simple example that Allah(swt) is the Founder of the Religion of Islam and that is to Submit His Will the Glorious Quran and the Quran confirms in the Surah Maidah 5:3 that is Deen the Religion is complete and prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the Last and Final Messenger of Allah(swt) (Quran 33:40) and the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sws) clearly tells in various Hadiths that he is the last Prophet and Messenger of Allah(swt) (Bukhari 4:732 Ahmed 4:419) and Prophet Muhammad (sws) declares in the Sermon of the Last Pilgrimage that there will be no Apostle or prophet after me so beware and hold strict to the Quran and Sunnah (Tirmidhi 171 and Abu Dawd Book 40 Hadith 4579). 11. No one need to interpret the Quran after Prophet Muhammad (sws) and we reject such false prophet claimed by many Tom, Dick and Harry. Allah (swt) proves in the Quran that Isa (as) did not die and those who dispute in this matter are full of doubt, we Muslim do not doubt but the Ahmediys are in doubt, Allah (swt) further says (Quran 4:157-158) they have no knowledge of what they assume, it is the Ahmediya who doubt and thus they have no knowledge , my dear brother read the Hadiths that I attached about the Dajjal and May Allah (swt) let you to show the truth and guide you towards the truth. 12. Quran itself proof that there is no contradiction (Surah Nisa 4:82). And we can scientifically proof that there is no contradiction and we dont need to claim ourselves as a prophet to prove the Quran has no Contradiction, a man either a Muslim or Non Muslim who has a knowledge of Science and who is unbiased can
easily prove the Quran has no scientific errors and no contradiction. We dont need to believe the person is a prophet just because he prove that Quran has no contradiction then we may have thousands of people who would be considered as prophet which is illogical. 13. Regarding faith to revive by Ahmediya, I think you should read the Hadith carefully where the Prophet Muhammad (sws) tells us about such sects who will divide the religion and makes into sect and Quran 3:103 also says the same and Muhammad(sws) aware us to follow the Quran and Sunnah and not this Tom, Dick and Harry who called themselves prophet. 14. Regarding the Ahmediya being convinced with the illogical fact that Allah (swt) is worthy to speak with any Tom, Dick and Harry is a foolish thinking and thus they required to purify the Faith and the Belief. If anyone says that Allah(swt) talks to the people that it would be the Quran His last Words to mankind and whatever Allah(swt) wants to speak to mankind it is in the Quran and through the mouth of Prophet Muhammad(sws) and not somebody else. 15. The other facts that Ahmediya already agreed that the Christians have misunderstood the message of Jesus (pbuh) and changed the religion and not revive the message of God is absolutely right and the Ahmediya is also doing the same by changing the religion of Allah (swt) to a religion of false prophet or a religion of man, why you have to convinced by somebody else words than the Words of Allah (swt) and His Last and Final Messenger Prophet Muhammad(sws). 16. Regarding Islam being small part after the demise of the Last and Final Messenger Muhammad (sws), is an absolute lie, search the history and see the facts how much Islam spreads and see today 1.3 1.5 Billions of Muslims in the world, do not put a blinkers on your eyes and not see the facts that Ahmediya are only a new sects of more than 100 years and Islam is there with its purity for the last 1400 years, it has the same teachings as it was taught by our Last and Final Prophet, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), Alhamdulillah. 17. Regarding Mahdi will convert the whole world, and about Dajjal and advent of Messiah (pbuh) read the attached file about Dajjal. May Allah (swt) shows the Truths to the deviated people and guides them towards the Truth of Islam and may Allah Helps us to submit ourselves to His Will. Feel free to ask me brother and I will be looking forward to hear you soon. JazakAllah Khairan ------------------------------------------Md. Naim Khan

Date: Mon, 31 May 2010 17:44:31 +0200 Subject: Re: Thanks for everything From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Dear Brother Mohammed, me too, I have to thank you. With you on my side I have felt easier during these days of conference. I will defenetly check this book. Of course, we all are seeking to know if we are on the right path and I am open for all discussions too. I am very happy that you have find this book in the internet. Till now there was not the
necessity for me to search for all this books of my community in the internet because I posess a lot of them. But now I have recognized that tey are completely in available in the internet. This special book is completely free of commentary and just provides the passages and sources for each topic. And let me draw your attention to this following fact. We all Muslims and also all Christians accept Jesus Christ as a Messiah although Jews doesnt. (its clear, Quran provides evidence) Jews awaite a Messiah which gives them back the throne of Prophet David and enables them to becamoe very rich and powerful. They till now await a Messaih which fights for their rights against the whole world and succedes with the power of God because this were the wordings in their book Thora about the Messiah. But we all know that Jesus has not provided anything of that in the material world and nothing out of that was meant literally. All signs were due to be fullfilled in symbols or other terms. Otherwise Jesus (as) wouldnt have gained just a limited influence on not more than 12 persons but would have enslaved the entire roman empire ... So we can conclude that the signs given to prophet Musa (as) shouldnt be taken literally, otherwise Jesus can not be considered as a Messiah; unless in the Quran, Allah confirms that Jesus (aw) was definetly the true Messiah. So lets move on to the prophecies of Prophet Mushammad (saw) about the Mahdi and Messiah. Considering them too literal, all Muslims await a Mahdi who has unlimited powers, kills all pigs, kills al unbelievers, destroys the crosses around the world and defeats the Dajjal. So what do you think: Should we take all these wordings exactly literal and continue to await a person who definetly needs superhuman powers to fulfill all these prophecies or should we refer to the symbology of the prophecies of Allah Taala and be satisfied with a person who fulfills all prophecies in a symbological meaning. I would prefer the second, because I think that we should learn from the history and not repeat a fault which has been done by others (here: the jews), who have lost their position in Gods eyes and became damned (ref.: Sura-Al Fateha) Symbology: The founder of my community, Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, has indeed fulfilled these propecies. 1) He has proven in the book: "Jesus died in India" that Jesus not died on the cross and hasnt washed away the sins of christians neighter was he a son of God, and neighter will he come back to earth and just died a human death. --> So he destoyed the meaning of the cross as a religious symbol. (see: www.tombofjesus.com; scientists taking over this idea and priving its truth) 2) He has reinterpreted the Quran and was the first man after centuries who claimed that there are no contradictions in the Quran although different renowned islamic scolars had concluded that out of their point of view there are numerous contradictions.
3) He revived the faith of Islam which has been lost due to the hundereds of islamic sects and teached his community to belong to a faith which is completely similar to the way Rasul-Ullah (saw, pbuh) has interpreted the quran and not include dirrerent terms considered to be islamic but which have no sources in the basics of islam. ... Bear in mind these facts here are not that, which could happen due to superhuman powers in him. He was just a man of God and he received revelations from God. We, Ahmadi-Muslims, are convinced about the fact that Allah still is speaking to his chosen ones. His all attributed are everlasting, how can we imagine that his attribute to communicate with men should have ended with the last words of the Quran. Contrariwise we think that the idea that God does not communicate with humans has been adopted from the Christians who lost their contact to Allah after having changed the whole religion of Jesus Christ and including the trinity into it. Not having received any kind of message from God, the first popes and church leaders said that God does not communicate with humans; its absolutly riduculous. Additionally: You may know that after Jusus Christ it took almost 250-300 years that the Ashab-e-Kahf (the people from the caves) could live in the open society. They were merely in a small number after this, till Constantin converted to Christianity. Also in the life of Prophet Muhammad (saw) only a small part of the todays Islamic world converted to Islam. But there is always the image that the Mahdi will converte the whole world to muslims or he will kill the disobeding people in between a short time, maybe weeks or months, or a few years. We all know that a holy person send by god, a messenger, is just the one laying in the seed and starting a long term enduring process. Sorry, I didnt intend to write that much, but it all came in my mind instantaniously and I coulnd stop myself. Please comment on that. Maa Salama Muhammad Asif Sadiq Berlin 2010/5/30 Mohammad El Alti <[email protected]> Salam alaykom, I would like to thank you for all guide and help I got in Berlin. I really appreciate it. THE DAJJAL Who is Dajjal, when he will appear? When will be the second coming of Jesus(pbuh) in the earth?
DAJJAL The coming of Dajjaal is something which is in the future; thus the only things we know about him and his basis and characteristic is what Allah and His Messenger (saws) have informed us about him. Dajjaal will be an evil person, whom Allah Subhanah will send to this earth near the end of time, as a trial for the people. He will be an evil person, and will create mischief and havoc in the world. He will be a liar, and will have been given some powers by Allah as a trial; and he will claim himself to be Allah himself! When Dajjaals atrocities and oppression will reach its peak, Allah Subhanah will send Prophet Jesus (a.s.) to the earth; and Prophet Jesus (a.s.) will fight and kill him in battle. The advent of the Dajjal is obviously an event that is going to transpire in the future; and the future is known to Allah Subhanah Alone. Allah made known some of the future events to His Messenger (saws) who told some of the events surrounding Dajjal to the believers. There are a number of narrations from the Messenger of Allah (saws) which give a lot of details about the advent and the fitnah of the Dajjal. We will relate a few of them: SAHIH AL-BUKHARI HADITH 9.505 NARRATED BY ANAS The Prophet said, "Allah did not send any prophet but that he warned his nation of the one-eyed liar (Ad-Dajjal). He is one-eyed while your Lord is not one-eyed. The word 'Kafir' (unbeliever) is written between his two eyes." SAHIH AL-BUKHARI HADITH 3.105 NARRATED BY ANAS BIN MALIK The Prophet said, "There will be no town which Ad-Dajjal will not enter except Mecca and Medina, and there will be no entrance (road) (of both Mecca and Medina) but the angels will be standing in rows guarding it against him, and then Medina will shake with
its inhabitants thrice (i.e. three earthquakes will take place) and Allah will expel all the non-believers and the hypocrites from it." SAHIH AL-BUKHARI HADITH 4.554 NARRATED BY ABU HURAIRA Allah's Apostle said, "Shall I not tell you about the Dajjal a story of which no prophet told his nation? The Dajjall is one-eyed and will bring with him what will resemble Hell and Paradise, and what he will call Paradise will be actually Hell; so I warn you (against him) as Noah warned his nation against him." SAHIH AL-BUKHARI HADITH 4.659 NARRATED BY RABI BIN HIRASH 'Uqba bin 'Amr said to Hudhaifa, "Won't you relate to us of what you have heard from Allah's Apostle?" He said, "I heard him saying, 'When Al-Dajjal appears, he will have fire and water along with him. What the people will consider as cold water, will be fire that will burn (things). So, if anyone of you comes across this, he should fall in the thing which will appear to him as fire, for in reality, it will be fresh cold water.' " SAHIH MUSLIM HADITH 7034 NARRATED BY ANAS IBN MALIK Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: The Dajjal would be followed by seventy thousand Jews of Isfahan wearing Persian shawls. SAHIH AL-BUKHARI HADITH 4.553 NARRATED BY IBN UMAR Once Allah's Apostle (saws) stood amongst the people, glorified and praised Allah as He deserves to be praised, and then mentioned the Dajjal saying, "I warn you against him (i.e. the Dajjal), and there was no prophet but warned his nation against him. No doubt, Noah warned his nation against him, but I tell you about him something of which no prophet told his nation before me. You should know that he is one-eyed, and Allah is not one-eyed." SAHIH MUSLIM BK 41, NUMBER 6932: Hudhaifa b. Usaid reported: Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) was in an apartment and we were beneath that that he peeped in and said to us: What are you discussing about? We said: (We are discussing about the Last) Hour. Thereupon he said: The Last Hour would not come until the ten signs dppear: landsliding in the east, and landsliding in the west, and landsliding in the peninsula of Arabia, the smoke, the Dajjal, the beast of the earth, Gog and Magog, the rising of the sun from the west and the fire which would emit from the lower part of 'Adan. Shu'ba said that 'Abd al'Aziz b. Rufai' reported on the authority of Abu Tufail who reported on the authority of Abu Sariha a hadith like this that Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) did not make a mention of (the tenth sign) but he said that out of the ten one was the descent of Jesus Christ, son of Mary (peace be upon him), and in another version it is theb lowing of the violent gale which would drive the people to the ocean.
SAHIH MUSLIM HADITH 7015: NARRATED BY AN-NAWWAS IBN SAM'AN Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) mentioned of the Dajjal one day in the morning. He sometimes described him as insignificant and sometimes described (his turmoil) as very significant (and we felt) as if he were in the cluster of the date-palm trees. When we went to him (to the Holy Prophet) in the evening and he read (the signs of fear) on our faces, he said: What is the matter with you? We said: Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) you mentioned the Dajjal this morning (sometimes describing him) as insignificant and sometimes very important, until we began to think he was present in some (nearly) part of the cluster of the date-palm trees. So he said: I harbour fear in regard to you in so many other things besides the Dajjal. If he comes forth while I am among you, I shall contend with him on your behalf, but if he comes forth while I am not among you, a man must contend on his own behalf and Allah will take care of every Muslim on my behalf (and safeguard him against his evil). He (the Dajjal) will be a young man with twisted, cropped hair, and a blind eye. I compare him with AbdulUzza ibn Qatan. He who among you will survive to see him should recite over him the opening verses of Surah al-Kahf (xviii). He will appear on the way between Syria and Iraq and will spread mischief right and left. O servant of Allah! Adhere (to the path of Truth). We said: Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him), how long will he stay on Earth? He said: For forty days, one day like a year, one day like a month, one day like a week, and the rest of the days will be like your days. We said: Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) will one day's prayer suffice for the prayers of the day equal to one year? Thereupon he said: No, but you must make an estimate of the time (and then observe prayer). We said: Allah's apostle (peace be upon him) how quickly will he walk upon the earth? Thereupon he said: Like cloud driven by the wind. He will come to the people and invite them (to a wrong religion); they will affirm their faith in him and respond to him. He will then give a command to the sky: there will be rainfall upon the Earth and it will grow crops. Then in the evening, their pasturing animals will come to them with their humps very high, their udders full of milk and their flanks distended. He will then come to another people and invite them. But they will reject him so he will go away from them; they will have a drought and nothing will be left with them in the form of wealth. He will then walk through the desert and say to it: Bring forth your treasures. The treasures will come out and gather before him like a swarm of bees. He will then call someone in the flush of youth, strike him with the sword, cut him into two pieces and (make these pieces lie at the distance which is generally between the archer and his target. He will then call (that young man) and he will come forward laughing with his face gleaming (with happiness). It will at this very time that Allah will send Christ, son of Mary. He will descend at the white minaret on the eastern side of Damascus, wearing two garments lightly dyed with saffron and placing his hands on the wings of two Angels. When he lowers his head, there will fall beads of perspiration from his head, and when he raises it up, beads like pearls will scatter from it. Every non-
believer who smells the odour of his body will die and his breath will reach as far as he is able to see. He will then search for him (Dajjal) until he catches hold of him at the gate of Ludd and kills him. Then a people whom Allah had protected will come to Jesus, son of Mary, and he will wipe their faces and inform them of their ranks in Paradise. It will be under such conditions that Allah will reveal to Jesus these words: I have brought forth from among My servants such people against whom none will be able to fight; you take these people safely to Tur, and then Allah will send Gog and Magog and they will swarm down from every slope. The first of them will pass the lake of Tiberias and drink out of it. And when the last of them passes, he will say: There was once water there. Jesus and his companions will then be besieged here (at Tur, and they will be so hard pressed) that the head of the ox will be dearer to them than one hundred dinars. Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him), Jesus, and his companions will supplicate Allah, Who will send to them insects (which will attack their necks) and in the morning they would perish as one single person. Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him), Jesus, and his companions, then come down to Earth and they will not find on Earth as much space as a single span that is not filled with putrefaction and stench. Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him), Jesus, and his companions will then beseech Allah who will send birds whose necks would be like those of Bactrian camels and they will carry them away and throw them where Allah wills. Then Allah will send rain which no house of mud-bricks or (tent of) camel-hair will keep out and it will wash the Earth until it resembles a mirror. Then the Earth will be told to bring forth its fruit and restore its blessing and, as a result thereof, there will grow (such a big) pomegranate that a group of people will be able to eat it and seek shelter under its skin, a dairy cow will give so much milk that a whole party will be able to drink it. The milking camel will give such (a large quantity of) milk that the whole tribe will be able to drink from it, and the milkingsheep will give so much milk that the whole family will be able to drink from it. At that time Allah will send a pleasant wind which will soothe (people) even under their armpits. He will take the life of every Muslim and only the wicked will survive who will commit adultery like asses and the Last Hour would come to them. SAHIH MUSLIM HADITH 6931 NARRATED BY HUDHAYFAH IBN USAYD GHIFARI Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) came to us all of a sudden as we were (busy in a discussion) He said: What do you discuss about? (the Companions) said: We are discussing about the Last Hour. Thereupon he said: It will not come until you see ten signs before and (in this connection) he made a mention of the i) smoke, ii) Dajjal, iii) the beast, iv) the rising of the sun from the west, v) the descent of Jesus son of Mary (Allah be pleased with him), vi) The Gog and Magog, vii) and landslides in three places, viii) one in the east, ix) one in the west and one in Arabia at the end of which fire would burn forth from the Yemen, x) and would drive people to the place of their assembly.
SAHIH MUSLIM BK 41, NUMBER 7015: AnNawwas b. Sam'an reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) made a mention of the Dajjal one day in the morning. He sometimes described him to be insignificant and sometimes described (his turmoil) as very significant rand we felt) as if he were in the cluster of the datepalm trees. When we went to him (to the Holy Prophet) in the evening and he read (the signs of fear) in our faces, he said: What is the matter with you? We said: Allah's Messenger, you made a mention of the Dajjal in the morning (sometimes describing him) to be insignificant and sometimes very important, until we began to think as if he were present in some (near) part of the cluster of the datpalm trees. Thereupon he said: I harbor fear in regard to you in so many other things besides the Dajjal. If he comes forth while I am among on, I shall contend with him on your behalf, but if he comes forth while I am not amongst you, a man must contend on his own behalf and Allah would take care of every Muslim on my behalf (and safeguard him against his evil). But they would reject him and he would go away from them and there would be drought for them and nothing would be lef t with them in the form of wealth. He would then walk through the waste, land and say to it: Bring forth your treasures, and the treasures would come out and collect (themselves) before him like the swarm of bees. He would then call a person brimming with youth and strike him with the sword and cut him into two pieces and (make these pieces lie at a distance which is generally) between the archer and his target. Allah's Apostle, Jesus, and his companions would then again beseech Allah, Who would send birds whose necks would be like those of bactrin camels and they would carry them and throw them where God would will. Then Allah would send rain which no house of clay or (the tent of) camels' hairs would keep out and it would wash away the earth until it could appear to be a mirror. Then the earth would be told to bring forth its fruit and restore its blessing and, as a result thereof, there would grow (such a big) pomegranate that a group of persons would be able to eat that, and seek shelter under its skin and milch cow would give so much milk that a whole party would be able to drink it. And the milch camel would give such (a large quantity of) milk that the whole tribe would be able to drink out of that and the milch sheep would give so much milk that the whole family would be able to drink out of that and at that time Allah would send a pleasant wind which would soothe (people) even under their armpits, and would take the life of every Muslim and only the wicked would survive who would commit adultery like asses and the Last Hour would come to them.
SAHIH MUSLIM HADITH 7023 NARRATED BY ABDULLAH IBN AMR Someone came to him and said: What is this hadith that you narrate that the Last Hour will come at a certain time? Thereupon he said: Hallowed be Allah, there is no god but Allah (or words to the same effect). I have decided that I shall not narrate anything to anyone now. I have only said that you will see after some time an important event: that the (sacred) House (Ka'bah) will be burnt and it will definitely happen. He then reported that Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said: The Dajjal will appear in my Ummah and he will stay (in the world) for forty--I cannot say whether he meant forty days, forty months or forty years. Allah will then send Jesus, son of Mary, who will resemble Urwah ibn Mas'ud. He (Jesus Christ) will chase him and kill him. Then people will live for
seven years, during which time there will be no rancour between any two persons. After that Allah will send a cold wind from the direction of Syria. None will survive on Earth, having a speck of good in him or faith in him: he will die. Even if some among you were to enter the innermost part of the mountain, this wind would reach that place also and cause your death. I heard Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) as saying: Only the wicked people will survive and they will be as careless as birds with the characteristics of beasts. They will never appreciate good nor condemn evil. Then Satan will come to them, in human form, and would say: Don't you respond? They will say: What do you order us to do? He will command them to worship the idols but, in spite of this, they will have an abundance of sustenance and lead comfortable lives. Then the trumpet will be blown and he who hears it will bend his neck to one side and raise it from the other side. The first one to hear that trumpet will be the person who is busy in setting right the cistern meant for supplying water to the camels. He will faint and the other people will also faint. Then Allah will send or He will cause to be sent rain which will be like dew and there will grow out of it the bodies of people. Then the second trumpet will be blown and they will stand up and begin to look (around). Then it will be said: O people, go to your Lord. They will be made to stand there and they will be questioned. Then it will be said: Bring out a group (of them) for the Hell-Fire. It will be asked: How much? It will be said: Nine hundred and ninety-nine out of one thousand for the Hell-Fire. That will be the day that will make the children old because of its terror and that will be the day about which it has been said: "On the day when the shank will be uncovered". SAHIH MUSLIM HADITH 6924 NARRATED BY ABUHURAYRAH Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: The Last Hour will not come until the Romans land at al-A'maq or in Dabiq. An army consisting of the best (soldiers) of the people on Earth at that time will come from Medina (to oppose them). When they arrange themselves in ranks, the Romans will say: Do not stand between us and those (Muslims) who took prisoners from among us. Let us fight them. The Muslims will say: Nay, by Allah, we shall never turn aside from you and from our brethren so that you may fight them. They will then fight and a third (part) of the army, whom Allah will never forgive, will run away. A third (part of the army), which will be constituted of excellent martyrs in Allah's eyes, would be killed. The third who will never be put on trial will win and they will be the conquerors of Constantinople. As they are busy in distributing the spoils of war (amongst themselves) after hanging their swords by the olive trees, Satan will cry: The Dajjal has taken your place among your families. They will then come out, but it will be of no avail. When they reach Syria, he will come out while they are still preparing themselves for battle, drawing up the ranks. Certainly, the time of prayer will come and then Jesus (peace be upon him), son of Mary, descend and l lead them in prayer. When the enemy of Allah sees him, it will (disappear) just as salt dissolves in water and if he (Jesus) were not to confront them at all, even then it would dissolve completely. Allah would kill them by his hand and he would show them their blood on his lance (the lance of Jesus Christ).
SAHIH MUSLIM HADITH 6979 NARRATED BY ABU HURAYRAH Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: You have heard of the city, one side of which is inclined and the other is on the coast (Constantinople). They said: Yes, Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him). Thereupon he said: The Last Hour will not come until seventy thousand people from Banu Isra'il attack it. When they land there, they will neither fight with weapons nor shower arrows but will only say: "There is no god but Allah and Allah is the Greatest," and one side of it will fall. Thawr (one of the narrators) said: I think that he said: The area on the coast. Then they will say for the second time: "There is no god but Allah and Allah is the Greatest," and the other side will also fall. They will say: "There is no god but Allah is the Greatest," and the gates will be opened for them and they will enter. They will be collecting spoils of war and distributing them among themselves when a noise will be heard and it will be said: Verily, the Dajjal has come. Thus they will leave everything there and turn to (confront) him. SAHIH MUSLIM HADITH 7015 NARRATED BY AN-NAWWAS IBN SAM'AN The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: He (the Dajjal) will be a young man with twisted, cropped hair, and a blind eye. He who among you will survive to see him should recite over him the opening verses of Surah al-Kahf (xviii). He will appear on the way between Syria and Iraq and will spread mischief right and left. O servant of Allah! Adhere (to the path of Truth). We asked: Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him), how long will he stay on Earth? He said: For forty days, one day like a year, one day like a month, one day like a week, and the rest of the days will be like your days. We asked: Allah's apostle (peace be upon him) how quickly will he walk upon the earth? Every non-believer who smells the odour of his body will die and his breath will reach as far as he is able to see. He will then search for him (Dajjal) until he catches hold of him at the gate of Ludd and kills him.
SUNAN OF ABU-DAWOOD HADITH 4306 NARRATED BY UBADAH IBN ASSAMIT The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: I have told you so much about the Dajjal (Antichrist) that I am afraid you may not understand. The Antichrist is short, hentoed, woolly-haired, one-eyed, an eye-sightless, and neither protruding nor deepseated. If you are confused about him, know that your Lord is not one-eyed. SUNAN OF ABU-DAWOOD HADITH 4283 NARRATED BY ABDULLAH IBN BUSR The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: The time between the great war and the conquest of the city (Constantinople) will be six years, and the Dajjal (Antichrist) will come forth in the seventh. SUNAN OF ABU-DAWOOD HADITH 4281 NARRATED BY MU'ADH IBN JABAL The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: The flourishing state of Jerusalem will be when Yathrib is in ruins, the ruined state of Yathrib will be when the great war comes, the outbreak of the great war will be at the conquest of Constantinople and the conquest of Constantinople when the Dajjal (Antichrist) comes forth. He (the Prophet) struck his thigh or his shoulder with his hand and said: This is as true as you are here or as you are sitting (meaning Mu'adh ibn Jabal). AL-TIRMIDHI HADITH 5487 NARRATED BY ABUBAKR AS-SIDDIQ Amr ibn Hurayth quoted AbuBakr as-Siddiq as saying that Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) told them the Dajjal would come forth from a land in the East called Khurasan, followed by people whose faces resembled shields covered with skin. Tirmidhi transmitted it. SAHIH MUSLIM HADITH 296 NARRATED BY ABU HURAYRAH The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) observed: When three things appear faith will not benefit one who has not previously believed, or has derived no good from his faith: the rising of the sun in its place of setting, the Dajjal, and the Beast of the earth.
SUNAN OF ABU-DAWOOD HADITH 4305 NARRATED BY IMRAN IBN HUSAYN The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Let him who hears of the Dajjal (Antichrist) go far from him, for I swear by Allah that a man will come to him thinking he is a believer, and follow him because of confused ideas roused in him by him. SUNAN OF ABU-DAWOOD HADITH 2526 NARRATED BY ANAS IBN MALIK The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Three things are the roots of faith: 1). to refrain from (killing) a person who utters, "There is no god but Allah", 2.) and not to declare him unbeliever whatever sin he commits, and not to excommunicate him from Islam for any of his action; 3.) and jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist). The tyranny of any tyrant and the justice of any just (ruler) will not invalidate it. One must have faith in Divine Decree.
He will appear on
the way between Syria and Iraq and will spread mischief right and left. Every nonbeliever who smells the odour of his body will die and his breath will reach as far as he is able to see. Allah's Apostle (peace be upon
him), Jesus, and his companions will then beseech Allah who will send birds whose necks would be like those of Bactrian camels and they will carry them away and throw them where Allah wills. SAHIH AL-BUKHARI HADITH 9.505 NARRATED BY ANAS The Prophet said, "Allah did not send any prophet but that he warned his nation of the one-eyed liar (Ad-Dajjal). He is one-eyed while your Lord is not one-eyed. The word 'Kafir' (unbeliever) is written between his two eyes." SAHIH AL-BUKHARI HADITH 3.105 NARRATED BY ANAS BIN MALIK The Prophet said, "There will be no town which Ad-Dajjal will not enter except Mecca and Medina, and there will be no entrance (road) (of both Mecca and Medina) but the angels will be standing in rows guarding it against him, and then Medina will shake with its inhabitants thrice (i.e. three earthquakes will take place) and Allah will expel all the non-believers and the hypocrites from it." SAHIH MUSLIM HADITH 7034 NARRATED BY ANAS IBN MALIK Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: The Dajjal would be followed by seventy thousand Jews of Isfahan wearing Persian shawls.
SAHIH AL-BUKHARI HADITH 4.554 NARRATED BY ABU HURAIRA Allah's Apostle said, "Shall I not tell you about the Dajjal a story of which no prophet told his nation? The Dajjall is one-eyed and will bring with him what will resemble Hell and Paradise, and what he will call Paradise will be actually Hell; so I warn you (against him) as Noah warned his nation against him." SAHIH MUSLIM HADITH 7023 NARRATED BY ABDULLAH IBN AMR Someone came to him and said: What is this hadith that you narrate that the Last Hour will come at a certain time? Then people will live for seven years, during which time there will be no rancour between any two persons. SAHIH AL-BUKHARI HADITH 4.659 NARRATED BY RABI BIN HIRASH 'Uqba bin 'Amr said to Hudhaifa, "Won't you relate to us of what you have heard from Allah's Apostle?" He said, "I heard him saying, 'When Al-Dajjal appears, he will have fire and water along with him. What the people will consider as cold water, will be fire that will burn (things). So, if anyone of you comes across this, he should fall in the thing which will appear to him as fire, for in reality, it will be fresh cold water.' "

Thus they will leave everything there and turn to (confront) him. Ref: Dajjaal The coming of Dajjaal is something which is in the future; thus the only things we know about him and his basis and characteristic is what Allah and His Messenger (saws) have informed us about him. SAHIH MUSLIM HADITH 7015 NARRATED BY AN-NAWWAS IBN SAM'AN The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: He (the Dajjal) will be a young man with twisted, cropped hair, and a blind eye.
