Good Afternoon, I am simply trying to verify what was discussed with regard to funding the rehab of Fire Station 3. I specifically recall your pointing to FEMA funds to complete this project. Are there other FEMA funds that you had referenced? Thank you,

I have never stated that these funds are designated for any project. I have stated that our options would be increased if we could be successful. Unfortunately, FEMA has stated that they are looking at the funding they provided for the rehabilitation of city hall. The funds they are looking at are in excess of $1.5 million. We are in the beginning of the process, but need to be very conservative. It is not productive to try and force decisions through such emails.

Wonderful newsI believe these funds are to be used to Rehab/Rebuild Fire Station 3. Per my discussion with Mr. Reynolds, in advance of his trip to D.C., he was hopeful that FEMA would fund these remaining clean up costs and that these are the funds identified for Fire Station 3. Best Regards,
