Upon consideration of the STIPULATION RESOLVING CLAIMS OF SIEMENS HEALTHCARE DIAGNOSTICS (the Stipulation) 1 entered into by the Debtors and Siemens, and for good cause shown, IT IS HERBY ORDERED THAT: 1. 2. their entirety. 3.
