It is proposed that the music video will be of 3 minutes and 14 seconds duration, filmed at Glenthorne High School drama room, Rosehill Tennis centre gyms and Sutton high street. It will then be edited at our Sutton facility.

The music video will be aimed at teenagers and young adults as it is the type of music that they are into and the video will be fast cutting which will appeal to this audience more than someone in their forties.

The music video will show a live performance from one of the artists concerts with a variety of different camera angles and shots, it will show off their lifestyle and their strength by cutting to shots of them at the gym and it will have them lip syncing in the camera with people walking past in the background.

Several locations have been visited and a shortlist has been drawn up: Suggested locations are:

Glenthorne High School Drama Department Rosehill Tennis Academy Gym Sutton High Street In a car Driving Against a white background At a house

The music video will include the following: a) High and low angle shots b) Different camera shots, close ups, long shots c) A variety of effects, transitions and titles added

d) Lip syncing, dancing, acting e) Fast cutting, cutting to the beat All these will link together as the music video will include the artist performing in many locations and it will cut between the three scenarios. Each scenario will have different shot types and camera angles, there will be cross cutting between the scenarios throughout the whole video.

Structure 1. Live performance, long shots and high angle shots of the artist, low angle shots of the audience.

2. Lip syncing, close up of the artist miming, long shot of the public in the background. 3. Artist at the gym, low angle shots and mid shots. 4. Cross cutting between all 3 scenarios, added effects, transitions and titles. 5. Dancers, long shots and close ups.

The music video will be in colour with the occasional shot in black and white and in PAL, widescreen. The music video will start with the artist beginning his live performance, dancers and the artist arriving at the gym. It will cut between all 3 of these presenting a variety of shots. It will then cut to many scenes of the live performance where there will be a variety of long shots, mid shots and close ups as well as high and low angle shots; also there will be over the shoulder shots of the audience from behind the artist. There will be several shots of the crowd as well with them dancing and jumping. It will then cut to the artist lip-syncing in Sutton High Street with the public walking and doing their own thing behind him. It will consist of mainly close ups but there will be a couple of mid shots in there as well. The public in the background may be time lapsed to give it a greater affect. There will be a lot of cross cutting involved between all three scenarios and the final one is where the artist is in the gym showing off their lifestyle, their strength. It will include mainly mid shots, low angle shots and there will be a couple of long shots included. Codes Of Practise/Regulation I must make sure that there is not explicit language or scenes within the video during the watershed so there will be 2 videos, one for during the watershed and one for after. I will ensure that there is no illegal behaviour and other actions that would be found offensive and I must ensure that no-one gets injured during the making of the video.
