JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities: The Business Systems Analyst defines the requirements and computer solutions to resolve business-related problems, administer control of records and meet strategic organizational goals. This individual serves a role in the selection, implementation and support of new and existing applications. This position may include planning and recommending acquisition of new software applications or devising ways to apply existing system resources to additional operations. Identifies, defines, records and communicates user and functional requirements for necessary software, data storage and retention, or workflow and business process changes. o Performs investigational analysis and evaluation to determine project or application feasibility. o Develops cost and benefit estimates to establish project worth, including the development of alternatives and recommendations for new acquisitions or changes to existing applications or equipment. o Estimates resource and record management requirements and creates plans, timelines, milestones, user approvals, charts and reports for use in managing an assigned project. o Develops time schedules, conversion, and test procedures for all aspects of a system implementation, from manual handling through computer processing. o Prepares and maintains documentation, including procedures, system specifications, technical documentation, computer training materials and user manuals in compliance with legal and regulatory authorities and records management best practices. o Prepares feasibility studies; recommends and establishes program objectives, priorities and schedules in conjunction with user and functional requirements and conducts end-user training, as needed, for assigned applications. o Ability to prioritize independently, multiple requests and system requirements to meet the organizational goals. o Required Education: A degree in business systems, computing or related field or combination or education and experience is necessary. Senior Business Analyst, Medical Informatics Job Description: We are looking for an individual with a background in medical claims data analysis to join our Medical Informatics team. The role of the Senior Business Analyst will be to provide technical leadership in the acquisition, validation, warehousing, normalization and analysis of prospective client claims data to support Finance and Sales in new business and product development. The Business Analyst will deliver information to Finance, Sales and Marketing and Account Management in the form of written and verbal presentation to support corporatewide strategic decision-making that impacts revenue and product growth. The ideal candidate will come from a managed care, insurance or hospital background and be a proactive thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Job Functions: Lead discussions with prospective clients to define and set data requirements and formats. Coordinate and facilitate data transfers between prospect and our client Work with prospective clients to resolve data integrity issues such as missing data, formats and identification. Work in SQL Server environment in normalizing prospective claims, table creation and modification. Strong understanding and ability to write SQL script and stored procedures as well as coordinate development of new procedures as defined by new business rules and product development. Perform validation of initial data received from prospective clients as well as assess normalization results to benchmarks. Develop and maintain normalization documentation, date request documents and validation checklists. Create multi-dimension cubes for analyses.

Under the general supervision of the Relationship Management Manager to perform the activities involved in proactively identifying process improvement and technology needs of the business area, gathering and documenting business requirements for application enhancements and/or new applications, serving as liaison between the business area and the Information Systems (IS) Division. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Technical Advice & Guidance--Technology point of contact with assigned business
area explaining, interpreting and enforcing policies and procedures, negotiating solutions to complex problems and disseminating technical information. Works with the user team, the project team, the quality assurance team, and the development team to create documentation suitable for their use. including process diagrams, UML models, use cases, business, functional, and non-functional requirements. 3. Process Improvement & Workflow Management--Proactively gather information regarding business processes for review and analysis by a Process Improvement team. Create documentation, and diagrams to assist in the analysis of a process. Develop the workflow to integrate and automate the defined solution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a B.S. in Information Systems, or Computer Science and a minimum of 3 years working as a business analyst, systems analysis, systems training, systems design, technical support, applications programming, network design, or telecommunications design. Experience leading, supervising, consulting, directing or managing the process involved in planning and implementing new information systems, planning and integrating new technologies into existing systems. Or, A (B.A.) in Accounting, Business Administration, or Management with 6 years of work experience in the areas listed above. Business Analysis certifications such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are highly recommended. Criminal background check and social security number trace is required for this position. 4) Senior Business Analyst/Business Systems Consultant


Description
Position will assume the lead role of the SAP FI/GL/Assets module area. Responsible for directing activities to Identify, Develop, Present and implement improvements for FI/CO processes using an SAP R/3 ECC 6.0. This includes approximately FI/CO travel approximately 25% travel to Manufacturing and Corporate facilities in US, Canada and Mexico. Responsible for managing the maintenance and development of SAP Configuration and Procedure documentation. Previous experience in implementation, support and Audit procedures in the area of Finance are required. Provide support and solutions to our FI/CO GL, Assets SAP user community. Monitor and develop training on new processes and maintain existing training documentation. Lead FI/CO GL and Assets review of impact on current processes when new SAP versions upgrades and Support Stacks are implemented. Co-ordinate, monitor, maintain and develop SAP test scripts for our FI/CO processes to insure implemented solutions are not impacted by other module process changes, maintenance and upgrades. Review and work up development requests and specs for ABAP programmers to develop customized functionality or reports to meet business requirements. Must have an understanding of FI/CO interaction with all SAP (MM, PM, PP and SD) modules. Specific understanding of SAP R/3 tables and data query of tables. Working knowledge of Financial activity in a Manufacturing environment with an educational background in Finance. We currently have an opening for a Business Analyst. This position will be responsible for facilitating business change management and process design by developing detailed business requirements and process flow diagrams. The business analyst will be involved in a large program implementation of a new broking application across North America and will responsible for data migration, system integration and deployment to the end user base. The business analyst will also support the client throughout the project lifecycle to help realize business benefits and will define functional requirements for systems projects which will translate them into profitable businesses solutions. The candidate would work closely with end users, business units, and other IT resources in all stages of project life cycle, including investigation, ROI/payback analysis, design, testing, and implementations to ensure business requirements are successfully implemented. This individual should demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, technical knowledge, productivity, and professionalism. This is a hands-on position requiring strong analyst skills, project management experience, and technical and business expertise. Possibility of up to 25% travel to our domestic offices may be required depending on the demands of individual initiatives and there is the possibility of international travel to other locations on an as needed basis.

Specific Duties
