    SURFACE PREPARATION MATERIAL DELIVERY (SKIMCOAT) -Removing of dust, deleterious substance, mortar speal , form on concrete/brick surface . -Sanding or grinding of waving surface, clean properly . - Repair of un-straight corners, chamfer, surface leveling by cement mortar 1:2 or Jessen basecoat if tolerance >5mm .
