    Math Tags Assignment Fitness Report

    Over the past few weeks we have been discussing and completing a variety of fitness assessments. 1) Please create a chart which displays all of your fitness assessment results, as well as those of your classmates in a clear and logical format. 2) Use a bar graph, to display the class results for 3 or 4 of the assessments.

    3) Using the data you have selected in the graphs, discuss the results. How do your results compare with the rest of the class? How do they compare to rest of the population (average, better than average, below average)? 4) Discuss the accuracy of these results. What could have been done to improve the accuracy and or reliability of the data collected (same equipment being used, same assessor for all students etc.)? . 5) Do you think the assessment tests themselves were valid and reliable? Why or why not? 6) Create a test of your own to assess an aspect of fitness (this can be an improvement on a test we have done, or a new assessment which we did not test in class). 7) Would repeating each of the tests again over a few weeks have been beneficial?
