    Verify that both service are running (Pict.1).


    Note: If you do any change in the SQL setting you have always restart the services.

    Click on Protocols for SQLEXPRESS and Enable or disable protocol name like showed in the
    follow picture (Pict.2).

    Click Right button on TCP/IP, select Properties and verify that parameters are set like showed in
    Pict.3 and Pict.4.

    Select Client Protocols, on the left window, will appear the follow picture (Pict.5).

    Sql Server Configuration Surface Area Configuration

    Select Surface Area Configuration for Service and Connection(see Pict.1).
