BREAKFAST OPTIONS (ANY ONE) – 7.00 am
Take a Glass of Fruit Juice (No Sugar) with any of the Following:
1. Corn flex with Milk (1 Bowl)
2. 2- Idli & 1 Bowl of Sambhar
3. 1- Bowl Daliya
4. 1- Bowl Upma
5. 1- Bowl Rice Flex (Pohe)
6. 5- Pieces of Steamed Kothambir Wadi
7. 2- Bowl Moong Salad
8. Bread Toast with Boiled Egg/ Bread Omelet
9. 1- Oil Free Paratha + Curd
10. 1- Bowl of Oats with Milk
11. 1- Oil Free Dosa
12. 1- Vegetable Sandwich
1. Tea
2. 2 Digestive Marie Biscuits/ 2 Khakra + Tea
WHOLE DAY
1. 1 Liter Lemon water (1/4 Lime, No Salt) & 2 Liter Simple Water
2. Any Two: 1 Glass Butter Milk, 1 Glass Coconut Water, 1 Glass Cold Coffee, 2 Mousambi, 2 Orange, 2
Khajoor, 2 Badam, 2 Walnuts OR
3. 2 & ½ Cup Cow Milk in the Form of Cold Coffee, Milk Shake, Tea or Coffee
4. Sugar Free- 1 Sachet or 5 Equal Tabs Per Day
5. 2 Tea Spoon Olive Oil/ Ricellai
6. 1 Inch Jaggery & All Masala Allowed
7. No sugar, No Cheese, No Butter, No Mayonnaise, No Ghee, No Coconut Drinks, No Red Meat &
No Smoking
8. Exercise Daily- 45 minutes’ walk covering 4- 5 Km per Day
Stretching, Pranayam can be done
Light weight Training can be done
9. Please take less of Carbohydrates, more of Proteins & Fiber Diet
10. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Options can be interchanged

EVENING
