Process Sequence of a knit dyeing:

Fill water into the M/C (According to liquor ratio)

→ Load the fabric

→ Run 5 minute

→ Dosing scouring & bleaching chemicals

→ Temp rise to 98°c

→ Run 45 - 60 min.

→Check sample

→ Test absorbency & whiteness

→ If ok than drain the scouring bath

→ Washing & ringing (2/3 times)

→ Do acid treatment to control PH =4.5 -5.5

→ Dosing enzyme

→ Temp. rise up to 55°c

→ Run 40 min.

→ If ok then drain the bath

→ Wash & ringing (1/2 times)

→ Check the sample (to be good enzyme)

→ If ok the dosing chemicals (labeling agent)

→ Dosing salt 20 min.

→ Run 10 min.

→ Dosing dye 30-40 min.

→ Run time 10-15 min.

→ Dosing alkali 40-45 min.

→ Temp control (60-65°c for cotton, 120-130°c for polyster)

→ Run time 60 min.

→ after 15 min check sample

→ If shade ok then drain dye bath

→ Than washing & ringing

→ Then apply softener

→ Than unload fabric from M/C
