    According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the


    following case was heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable Ben
    Burkemper on June 29, 2010.

    STATE OF MISSOURI VS. CORT STAHL

    Cort Stahl, 38, of Moscow Mills, entered a plea of guilty to the Class C Felony of statutory rape
    in the second degree. The defendant received a sentence of two years in the Missouri Department
    of Corrections. This sentence arose out of the events of September 01, 2008, in the County of
    Lincoln, State of Missouri, the defendant had sexual intercourse with B.M. and at that time the
    victim was less than seventeen years old and the defendant was twenty-one years of age or older.
