    Expressing time

    It is twelve o’clock It is twelve fifteen It is twelve thirty It is twelve forty-five

    Exactly or about?
    14.00: It is exactly two o’clock/ It is exactly 2 p.m.
    14.28: It is about two thirty/It is about 2.30 p.m.
    How to ask time

    - Excuse me. What time is it - Excuse me. Do you have the - Excuse me. Could you tell
    please? time please? me the time please?

    - It is exactly eight - It is half past twelve / It is - It is about half past eleven /

    Categories of time
    In is used for years, months, lengths of time...1989, april, simmer, winter.
    On is used for days of the week sunday, monday.
    At is used for concrete moments of time wikend.
