    INTRODUCTION
    Halul Offshore Services Company (HOSC) ROV and dive teams on board the MRV
    Shaddad were instructed to carry out pre rig move seabed survey, debris recovery and install
    pipeline marker-buoys, at the IS-S09C Platform in the IS-Field, prior to the Rig Al Wajba
    arriving on location.
    The operations were carried out between 7th & 8th June 2015.

    WORKSCOPE
    As per Work Order: 31112003
    1. Start at the reference point on the IS-S09C platform and proceed 200m on a bearing of
    357 from the point of origin along the grid centre-line, extending the survey to 75m either
    side of the grid centre-line.
    2. Locate obstructions/debris considered hazardous to the rig spud cans and recover to
    surface.
    3. Record seabed type and depth.
    4. Install two pipeline-marker-buoys on the 8 IS117 pipeline, as per the chart provided.
    5. Install two marker-buoys on the 2 3/8 CT, as per the chart provided.
    6. Produce a field report for evaluation by the on-board MRO representative.

    SUMMARY REPORT
    The datum for this survey was taken as the centre of the North Face of the platform which
    was recorded at the following coordinates:
    639892.57 E, 2817349.99 N
    LAT 2528.23186' LONG 05223.55340'
    The ROV tracked over the designated seabed survey grid. The visibility was 1.5m at the time
    of survey and the ROV sonar was set to a range of 20.0m.
    The seabed consisted of fine sand and silt with an average depth of 35.1m.
    Depth readings were recorded between 00:56 hrs and 04:09 hrs on 8th June 2015.
    The depth readings have not been reduced to the Admiralty Chart Datum.
    Seabed features were identified as follows:
    No debris items were located or identified within the seabed survey grid area.
    A total of six seabed depressions were located within the seabed survey area.
    One area of cap rock with a maximum height of 0.15m was located within the seabed
    survey area.
    One coiled tubing (23/8 CT IS066) passes across the grid area from east to west on the
    northern end at the 150m survey line from IS-S09C.
    2 x pipelines (8 IS117 & 12 IS113) intersect the seabed survey grid area at the southeastern corner.

    Pipeline Marker Buoys Installation


    A total of two A1 & two A4 sized Norwegian marker buoys were attached to the 8 IS117
    pipeline as per the chartlet provided. Each pair of buoys was tied to the pipeline via a 40m
    long section of 18mm diameter polypropylene rope.
    A total of two A1 & two A4 sized Norwegian marker buoys were placed adjacent to the 2-3/8
    CT IS066 attached to drop-weights as per the chartlet provided. Each pair of buoys was tied
    to the pipeline via a 40m long section of 18mm diameter polypropylene rope.
