    Congratulations to this years Show Choirs

    This years show choir will be in two parts: School Show Choir and Competition Show Choir. The
    larger group is invited to early morning rehearsal on Tuesday and Thursday this week to learn
    vocals to perform as the opening act at Charlie Brown Christmas. Then on Saturday, 21 st from
    9:00 AM 3:00 PM we will learn the choreography the song.
    From evaluating members through this weeks process, we will determine the final Competition
    Show Choir Ranks. These students will learn a set of 3-4 songs and perform as a show choir at
    the ISSMA Jazz Competition March 4/5. They will also compete at ISSMA Solo/Ensemble as a
    group on January 30th.
    I believe this to be the smallest group we can have. I may need to ask one or two of the
    alternates to join in if there is not enough sound. Additionally, there will be a strict attendance
    policy in place this year. We will easily pull from the alternates if there are any attendance issues.
