The following is an agenda I developed for Rares annual Global Development Network retreat.
Each
sub-meeting has a topic, purpose, desired outcome(s), lead/facilitator, and note taker. I interspersed ice
breakers, fun activities, and coffee/snack breaks to bring the teams together, build trust, and to negate
existing power structures.

Objectives:
- Strengthen team spirit, communication, and motivation to become a seamless network.
- Acquire new knowledge, systems, and tools to advance an even more robust pipeline.
- Align on roles and responsibilities and begin developing concrete plans for important upcoming
