Loading - Truck - Bulk
Post-loading Procedures

PURPOSE AND SCOPE


The purpose of this subject is to document the procedures to be followed after loading
petroleum products into truck trucks at terminals. They will be used by terminal staff to
verify compliance.

PROCEDURE

Proceed to driver area to pick up delivery document, i.e. BETA BOL.

Check BOL to ensure product grades and quantities match customer (s) order, TDG
information is accurate, customer name and address is correct.

If any of the BOL information is not correct, contact the ISC Centre to have
BOL corrected and reprinted before leaving the terminal.

If the dispatch sheet indicates that the customer requires advanced notice of arrival,
the driver shall notify the Customer before leaving the terminal.

Fill in TDG information on BOL (Compartment # and Quantity loaded).

Leave copy of BOL at site in area noted. Balance goes with driver

Proceed to delivery site.
