    SCL Prayer

    Dear God, our Heavenly Father, grant us peace and unity. Give us
    compassionate hearts and keen understanding on the hardships and struggles that our
    brothers and sisters are continuously facing. May You give them strength and courage
    to stand up and continue their lives with strong faith and hope. We pray for the sick that
    they may soon find cure, for the perpetrators of sin that they may find forgiveness, for
    the lost that may find the right path, for those who struggle for the sins of others that
    they may find justice, for the deceased that they may find rest, and for the living that
    they may find true happiness. Almighty God, as we now bow down to You, we offer
    ourselves to You. Use us according to Your will, to proclaim Your Words around the
    world and to be a blessing to other people. For all the temptations that we have fallen in,
    for all the selfishness and bad actions that we have committed, as poor sinners, Our
    Father, we ask for forgiveness. May we be the apostles of Jesus Christ, Your Son, as
    we plan and commence our SCL Project this April. May You guide us all-throughout the
    process, so that we may bless and give happiness to others in our own simple ways.
    Almighty Father, shed Your glorious light to the darkest corners of the world.
    Enlighten our spirits and clear our minds that we may be able to choose the right
    decisions. Our dear God, we lift our hearts to You. For You have never given up on us
    even though we always break Your heart. For You have always been there and hold our
    hands in times of despair. For You have constantly blessed us even though we
    sometimes take them for granted. Lord, we thank You for everythingour lives, our
    families, our friends. Continue to guide us and be with us as we all take this long but
    fruitful journey toward the Gates of Your Kingdom. This we pray, through the holiest
    name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, Our Lord. Amen.
