    Dear Parent:
    Recognizing that learning can take place in environments outside of the classroom,
    your son or daughter will be participating in learning activities on school field
    trips. For your child to participate, we need your permission and hereby ask
    you to relieve St. Paul Lutheran School of all obligations in the event of an
    injury to your son or daughter in these activities. This includes riding in cars
    driven by parents or walking. If there are any questions, please contact the teacher
    in charge of the activity.

    am. We will need parent volunteers to drive approximately 40 students from the middle school.
