    APPROVING THE PROJECT BRIEFS OF THE REPLACEMENT PROJECTS FOR 2014 LOCAL
    POVERTY REDUCTION ACTION PLAN (LPRAP).

    WHEREAS,
    the Local Poverty Reduction Action Plan (LPRAP) is the LGUs plan
    containing the programs and projects collectively drawn through a participatory process by the
    LGU with CSOs and other stakeholders, and which will directly address the needs of the poor
    constituencies and the marginalized sectors in the municipality;
    WHEREAS,
    the Local Poverty Reduction Action Team (LPRAT) has prepared the list of
    priority projects for 2014, among others, based on the Poverty Reduction Action Plan (PRAP) for
    allocation of budget from the national government agency funds and other financial institutions;
    WHEREAS,
    replacement projects for the 2014 LPRAP had been identified and the
    project briefs for the same needs the approval of this august body;
    WHEREAS,
    this august body deems the implementation of the LPRAP to be beneficial
    and essential for the overall improvement of the quality of life of our constituency, thus, supports
    the same in any way necessary;
    WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:
    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay
    in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves the project briefs of the replacement
    projects for 2014 Local Poverty Reduction Action Plan (LPRAP).

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of the projects briefs of the replacement projects for
    2014 LPRAP is hereto attached and marked as Annex A.
    RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Hon. Mayor Ann Y.
    Ongjoco, and such other concerned offices or agencies, for their information and appropriate
    action.
    APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY, on motion of Honorable Councilor Ricky S. Matza and duly
    seconded by the members present this 1 st day of September, 2014 during their 31 st Regular
    Session.
