Communication
Good morning
students! Today
we are going to
start the lesson by
getting the body
warmed up and
ready for todays
activities. We
want to get your
heart rates up
before you begin
the station
activities. First off
we need you to
stay in the lines
you are already
in, but everyone
move down so we
can be spread out
across the court.
To start the warm
up we are going
to get you to run
to the other side
of the court and
back in your rows
on our command.
If you are waiting
in line then you
do star jumps
until you get to
the front of the
line. This is
expected for the
full warm up.
Next up we are
going to skipping
to the other side
of the court.
Goal Orientation
or Assessment
This task will
address SHAPE
standard 2, 3
and 5, and CA
standard b.
Students should
know how to
properly get the
body prepared
for exercise.
