Binding wire is used in reinforced concrete construction to hold reinforcement bars in position and resist shear forces and bursting of columns and beams. The amount of wire needed depends on the size of bars, with 8kg/ton used for bars under 25mm and 10kg/ton for larger bars. Binding wire should have high strength, flexibility, a smooth finish, and uniform properties along its length. Jindal Panther wire meets these criteria through its use of high-quality raw materials, standardized packaging, and production through state-of-the-art mills and technology, giving it benefits like a bright finish, uniform softness, and high strength.

Binding wire
Why the need???
Purpose of binding wire in RCC is to keep the reinforcement in required position. To resist SHEAR FORCE, to resist the bursting of Column & Beam
How much quantity is required
Wire is consumed as per size of bar If steel dia below 25mm, consumption will be 8kg / tone , above 25 mm consumption will 10kg/tone approximately.
Desired properties Wire should have following properties: Strength Flexibility Smooth finish Uniform properties along the length
Jindal panther Wire
Key benefits Jindal Panther Wire is manufactured with a superior quality raw material produced in state of art mills & technology to provide bright finish, uniform softness & high strength Jindal Panther Wire is available in standardized packing to help the retailers and customers. Jindal Panther Wire is scale free and bar benders will find it most suitable to work as it doesnt break and is safer to work compared to other wires. Jindal Panther Wire is manufactured from high quality low carbon steel wire rod, which assures the chemical and physical properties of the steel .
