    Nurse : Good morning, Miss Dewi. Patient : Good morning, Nurse.

    Nurse A: Im Nurse Ria, now I want to ask some question about elimination pattern. Would you tell me about your bowel motion and water works? Patient : I think I dont have any problem with it. Nurse A: Do you do your bowel movement in the morning? Patient : No, I dont. I usually do it in the afternoon. Nurse A: How many times yo do your bowel movement? Patient : Usually once in a day. Nurse A: How about waterworks? Patient : Maybe fourth in a day. Nurse A: Do you need my assistance for your bowel movement or doing waterworks? Patient : Yes, I do. Nurse : Ok. Patient : Nurse, help me, I need to do waterworks! Nurse : Are you fit enough to go to toilet? Patient : No, Im not. Nurse : Do you feel comfortable lying in bed when doing waterworks? Patient : Yes, I do. Nurse : Ok, Im going prepare the equipment 3 minutes later.. Nurse B: Ok, now let me put this urinal between your thighs. Patient : Sure. Nurse :Now, I want you to lift up your buttock. Is this position comfortable for you? Patient : Yes, Nurse.

    Nurse : Let me help you clean this area. Patient : Ok, Nurse. Nurse : I need you to lift your buttock, I want to take out the urinal. Patient : Sure. Nurse :Ok, its enough. Do you have any other problem? Patient : No, Nurse. I think its enough. Thanks for your help. Nurse : Ok, I want to back to nurse station.
