    1. Systems Analysis And Modelling Centre (SAMC) has been recently setup in the DRDO HQ for performing in-depth analysis and modelling of weapon systems. SAMC is looking for meritorious young researchers for hands on modelling, simulation and software coding. Following fellowships are available initially for a period of TWO years (extendable as per rules)

    Junior Research Fellow (JRF) 02 Posts Senior Research Fellow (SRF) 04 Posts

Applications are invited only from candidates possessing a First Class BE / B Tech / M Sc. / M Tech. or equivalent in aeronautical engineering, applied mathematics, operations research, electrical engineering, electronics & instrumentation engineering, electronics & communication engineering & computer science / engineering. Upper age limit for JRF is 28 years and for SRF is 32 years as on 31st March 2014 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates). Stipend: for JRF: Rs.16,000/ p.m & SRF: Rs.18,000/- p.m (In addition, HRA at the rate of 30%, Contingency Grant and Medical facilities are also admissible as per rules). Duly filledin application (in format attached at Page-2 below) supported by self attested copies of all relevant documents should reach: The Director, SAM-C Room No. 316, A-Wing, DRDO Bhawan Rajaji Marg New Delhi -110 011 within 30 days from the date publication of this advertisement in the news paper. Write JRF / SRF for SAMC in bold letters at the top left corner of envelope. 6. Those having qualified in UGC/CSIR/NET/GATE examination shall be given preference. Candidates working in Govt./Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.
