    PROCEDURE FOR DOWNLOADING CREO PARAMETRIC 2.

    1. Go to www.ptc.com and create an account. 2. Select the Support Tab (http://www.ptc.com/support/index.htm) 3. Login on the right hand side

    NOTE: If you do not know your password, you can enter your email address under username and then click on forgot password in order to reset the password. Follow the prompts to reset the password. Or follow the link for PTC Web Account Support https://www.ptc.com/support/feedback/web-account.htm

    4. After you have logged in, check that your account has been updated. 5. Select the My Account button at the top of the screen

    6. Select Upgrade account you will be required to input some customer specific information to upgrade the account (Sales order number or Service Contract number)

    7. After the account has been upgraded, you can Download/Order Software a. Go to the support page b. Select Order or Download software updates

    c. Select Order or Download software updates again.

    d. Select Creo Parametric & Pro/Engineer and then expand Release Creo 2.0 and the Most Recent Datecode.

    e. You may Download the software using the download manager or alternatively Order Physical Media to be shipped. f. In the following screen you can set the quantity before moving on to the next screen (click Shipping information button to proceed) g. Next you will need to select your shipping address (as defined in My Account settings) before you select Review Order to continue.

    NOTE: If your address is incorrect or not present, update your details by selecting My Account (as indicated in Step 5) and then Account Management: h. Review the order once more before submitting it. You will be provided with a Case number for the order. i. The order typically arrives within 4 working days.
