This pattern is a quick-to-knit top-down sweater that fits Bitty Baby. It is knit in worsted weight yarn on size 9/5.5 mm needles.

The kf&b increase is used in this pattern.

The pattern was updated 14 September 2015 so be sure to download the newest version which includes the modifications to fit an 18-inch doll. The garter stitch hood is stretchy but if the doll has lots of hair, you may want to add a few rows to that, too.
