Megan Dahlman on Instagram: "Do you get 💥KNOTS💥 in your shoulder blades? They’re the WORST! I bet you’ve tried stretching and massaging them out, but they don’t quite go away. 

I challenge you to try a different approach…which might seem a little counterintuitive 😉 

➡️ Doing these shoulder blade glides and elbow squeezes communicates to those muscles that they need to just chill out, and then re-fires those muscles in all the right ways. 

Plus, when it do these moves consistently, it will strengthen your shoulder blade & posture muscles so they don’t get so stressed and overworked anymore. 

It’s a win-win! 🙌🙌
