I wanted to try acrylic paint on polymer clay as I have seen others use it, and ‘borrowed’ Jo’s posca pens to experiment with. I covered the top with another layer of translucent Fimo and I’m so pleased with the results. I really didn’t think it would be translucent enough, but as you can see from the first pair it worked really well! Then of course I had to mix the scraps up to make some watercolour looking pairs too. Swipe to see before baking too. I wanted to try acrylic paint on polymer clay as I have seen others use it, and ‘borrowed’ Jo’s posca pens to experiment with. I covered the top with another layer of translucent Fimo and I’m so pleased with the results. I really didn’t think it would be translucent enough, but as you can see from the first pair it worked really well! Then of course I had to mix the scraps up to make some watercolour looking pairs too. Swipe to see before baking too.
