INGREDIENTS
2 (7 oz.) packages udon noodles
8 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sriracha
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped finely
PREPARATION
Soak udon noodles in hot water for 5 - 7 minutes to soften and break up the noodle clusters.
Whisk together the water, sriracha, soy sauce, honey, and oyster sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a wide saute pan over medium-low heat, add vegetable oil and minced garlic, then let cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until garlic gets browned.

-10 oz cabbage, chopped
-10 oz gai lan, chopped
-1 onion, sliced
-2/3 lb pork belly, sliced

-2 Tbsp dark soy sauce

Super quick and easy noodles, sooo yum! 

Ingredients 
Roughly 6 closed cup mushrooms 
1 tbsp butter (dairy free) 
1 garlic clove
2 spring onions 

2 tbsp light soy 
1 tbsp hoisin sauce 
1 tbsp sriracha 
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 
1 tbsp sesame seeds 
1 tbsp sesame seed oil 
1 tbsp honey/agave syrup 

Rice Noodles (any noods you like) 
1 tbsp sesame seed oil 
1 tbsp grated ginger 

Garnish - chilli oil, sesame seeds, spring onion greens 

Method:
1. Mix together the sauce ingredients, set aside. 
2. Cook noodles as per the packet instructions. 
3. Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic and sliced mushrooms and cook for 2 mins. Then add sliced spring onions.

* Cook Halo Organic ramen noodles . Drain water and cool while you make your sauce
* In a medium heat pan, melt 1 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Sauté 1-2 cloves of minced garlic
* Once fragrant, add on 1/2 Tbsp red pepper flakes (less if you don’t like heat)
* Cook for 1-2 minutes before adding in 1 Tbsp soy sauce
* Once it comes to a simmer (should be quick) then add in 1 Tbsp brown sugar
