Mohammed Moosa on Instagram: "Liquid cheese  If i got every time someone asked what is liquid cheese i would’ve been a very rich man🤣  Ingredients: ( 1 kg of liquid cheese)  4 liters full fat milk 6-9 tbsps white vinegar 2 to 3 knobs of butter Pinch of salt  start by heating the milk on medium heat. Get it to a very gentle boil. Once you see the first boiling bubble form. Drop the heat to the lowest to keep it on that temperature.  add the vinegar 3 spoons at a time while gently stirring it in the milk. Once you see the curds separating and the whey turning watery yellow it’s ready.  strain the cheese curds without a cheese cloth and leave it for 5 minutes. There is no need to press on it as we want it to have a bit of moisture.  add the butter.
