Add the Arrowroot Powder and Kaolin Clay to a Mortar and grind with a Pestle to a fine powder. 2. Measure ¼ teaspoon of Dibble Dabble Mica Powder and combine until well mixed. 3. Add a few drops of Almond oil to the mixture and combine until the powder sticks together slightly. 4.
