Beginners: I would suggest either 1 or 2kg dumbbells for upper body as you’re working smaller muscle groups.  This will get you started and once you get stronger you can expand your collection as they’ll always go to good use. 

Work in a slow controlled manner always keeping your shoulders back and down so they don’t raise toward the ears ❤️

This is tough, but so are you ❤️
