Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, you will be required to enter your name Your username and/or valid email address is tied to your order history to ensure we are able to provide you with excellent customer service, content delivery and order fulfillment as well as allow administrative staff and designers to communicate appropriately and effectively with you on an as-needed basis. Further, when you register in the forum/gallery on the Site, you will be required to enter your name and e-mail address to create a username and password protected account. When you subscribe to our newsletter you will be required to enter your name and e-mail address. When respond to a survey, fill out a form or post a comment anywhere on the site, you will be required to enter your name and email address. We refer to this information as “User Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information, Order Information and User Information.

When a designer leaves Oscraps, the order history information may be removed from the online server, but will be maintained in company records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHILDRENS ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE
Our website is not directed at children under 18, and we won’t knowingly allow anyone under 18 to provide us any personally identifying information; if you’re under 18, please don’t provide any information about yourself on this website. In the event that we learn we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible.
