The Mirador extension implements a build of Mirador v3, including four plugins, for use in wikis. Mirador is a multi-window image viewer which lets you bring in, view, zoom in on, leaf through and compare IIIF resources from institutions and repositories all across the world. A parser function (#mirador) lets users configure and load an instance of Mirador.

The extension is developed and maintained for CODECS, a Semantic MediaWiki-driven wiki for Celtic studies.

Installation

• Download and place the file(s) in a directory called Mirador in your extensions/ folder.
• Add the following code at the bottom of your LocalSettings.php file:

  wfLoadExtension( 'Mirador' );
  

•  Done – Navigate to Special:Version on your wiki to verify that the extension is successfully installed.
