The Leidos Service Desk is a centralized support center for computing resources and information needs for employees.

Submit a ticket

Standard, non-emergency requests can be submitted through CIO Central. Online requests are only processed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. ET.

Password resets and limited emergency services are available to Leidos employees outside regular hours by calling the Service Desk and following the recorded instructions.
