There is literally only one way to watch this. Wasted. With friends. So you can laugh at how someone could take a cute Christmas story concept and completely wreck it with the worst acting possible. I didn't even find the main character believable as a boy. This was so laughably bad, that I seriously can only recommend someone watch it wasted. And you take shots every time someone feebly attempts to convey any type of emotion. Good luck making it to the end.

When I first saw this movies title I thought that this was going to going to be about a rich person or scrooge like person learning the true meaning of Christmas. It completely blew my mind to find out what it really was about. Not even close to what I thought. When I first started the movie it seemed really weird and boring, however, it grew on me and I started to like it. Now, in my opinion, it's worthy of the 10 stars I gave it. This movie was amazing.

I highly recommend this movie. Give it a shot you won't be sorry.

Seen this film over 10 times. Only just got the story but it is Blumen amazing! Bertie is the king and everyone should go watch this wonderful film. We are all huge fans of the number one bertie and he brings joy to our lives everyday. We put this on as a random film and now bertie brings joy to our lives everywhere we go. We recommend this film to everyone all across the globe- WE LOVE YOU BERTIE. Bertie directs, acts, edits everything in this film and that is what we love so much about him. The film is a bit crazy but we love crazy and it is weird but we now understand it after 10 times of watching. Anyone who doesn't like this film is boring because bertie and Darren are so crazy it makes us all laugh! 10/10 from us and so should you! - absolutely wonderful film :)

More like a play than a movie. I liked the script and the actors. The only thing is the boy should have been a bit younger. He looked like 12 but obviously he was supposed to be younger, playing pirates, discussing Santa with school friends. I think kids might like to watch this with their parents. It reminded me of Secondhand Lions, the crazy uncle, the wild stories. Fun note, John Ford Coley who is a great singer plays a cop! I liked the singing by the cast at the end of the movie. Remember, it's fantasy and for kids. It's not a big budget movie for grown ups.
